Yes! Now I have 4" Ethafoam^© available that can be used as a replacement for the One & Only pillow that you have had for years and not used. Or get a 10" to use in place of the two blocks for wider patterns.

This will also work for all of those 9 block pillows out there as well. An additional piece of foam is supplied as a filler for the remainder of the block space.
 

For the One and Only Pillow -
Priced at $3.75 for 5" length. $7.00 for the 10" length.
 

For the 9 Block Pillows -
$4.00 for the 5-1/2" length, $7.50 for the 11" length
Each additional inch add 75¢
